Preproo ("we," "us," or "our") operates preproo.com and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Solva, the company that owns and runs the Preproo brand; privacy requests and official communications are handled through Solva's business email contact@solvaaa.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Service, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you create an account or use our Service, we may collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Account nickname or display name
- Payment information (processed by our third-party payment processors)
1.2 Information from Third-Party Sign-In Providers
When you sign in using a third-party identity provider (such as Google or Apple), we receive a limited set of profile information from that provider, including a unique account identifier, your email address, and — where available — your display name. We do not receive or store your password from these providers. For Apple Sign-In, if you choose to hide your email, we store only the private relay address that Apple provides. You can revoke our access to your third-party account at any time through the provider's own account settings.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use our Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device information (browser type, operating system, device identifiers)
- Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URL)
- Usage data (features used, content viewed, subscription and purchase history)

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. We may also retain information as necessary to:

You may request deletion of your data at any time by signing in and going to My Page → Deactivate Account, or by emailing contact@solvaaa.com. Once a deletion request is verified, personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to the legal retention periods listed above.
If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, we may move your personal data to a separate database. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Your Rights Under the Australian Privacy Principles
5.1 All Users
In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you (APP 12)
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information (APP 13)
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Know the purposes for which we collect and use your personal information
- Know the third parties to whom we may disclose your personal information
- Make a complaint about a breach of the APPs

5.2 Privacy Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, you may make a complaint to us at contact@solvaaa.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
5.3 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 5.4 European Economic Area Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing of your personal data. Our lawful basis for processing your data includes contractual necessity (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing communications). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside Australia (including the United States). Where we transfer personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, in compliance with APP 8.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at contact@solvaaa.com so we can delete it.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
- Payments: Lemon Squeezy Market Limited (Merchant of Record — payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance)
- Hosting: Supabase Inc. (database management and storage)
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
